Pursuant to SEC MC No. 28, s.2020, all corporations, partnerships, associations, and individuals registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are required to create and/or designate an official email address and mobile number. These contact details will serve as the primary channels for receiving notices, orders, and other communications from the Commission.
Submission Instructions:
1. Electronic Submission:
Accomplished MC 28 forms/notices must be submitted via email to:
MC28_S2020@sec.gov.ph
2. Hard Copy Submission:
Printed copies of the forms must be filed through the Electronic Records Management Division (ERMD) located at:
SEC Main Office, Secretariat Building, PICC Complex, Pasay City
Prior to Visiting the SEC Main Office:
- Schedule an Appointment through the SEC Express Submission Appointment System (SESAS) on the official SEC website.
- Bring and present a printed copy of your appointment slip to the security personnel before proceeding to the ERMD receiving area.
